This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) was developed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", Government Decree No. 1119 from November 1, 2012 "On Approving Requirements for Personal Data Protection", as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.

2.2. Processing special categories of personal data (biometric data, health status, race or nationality) is not carried out.

8.2. In case of violations in personal data processing, the Operator immediately notifies Roskomnadzor as per Article 22 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

9. Use of Cookies

9.1. The skazka-factory.ru website uses the following types of cookies:

• Analytical (collect statistics via Yandex.Metrica);

10. Final Provisions

Note: Withdrawal deletes your account and data, preventing future use of LLC "RAZVITIYE" services.
